Because everything from faulty wiring to the presence of termites to mold to wet insulation affects the surrounding temperature, heat-sensitive photography can reveal these and other issues that just cannot be seen by the naked eye or with conventional or digital photography. As part of the Bradenton Home Inspections Advantage, we include a full home thermal imaging scan in all of our home inspections.

Valid for home inspections performed for home buyers by participating InterNACHI members.

InterNACHI will pay you whatever price you paid for the home.

Home must be listed with a licensed real estate agent.

Excludes homes with material defects not present at the time of the inspection, or not required to be inspected per InterNACHI's Residential Standards of Practice.
